When you return, relax in the hammock with a good book, letting the gentle lap of waves and rustling pines lull you into perfect tranquility.

This senior- and kid-friendly property features a gentle slope to a sandy front beach with two docks just yards from the cottage.

Inside, the private, semi-secluded cottage sleeps six comfortably, offering:

Two bedrooms (1 with a double bed, and other with two twin beds). A loft also includes a double bed.

Living room includes a wood burning stove to keep you warm on cold nights!

Full kitchen and dining area.

Enjoy modern conveniences like Wi-Fi, Smart TV, coffee maker, Weber charcoal grill, and a fully stocked kitchen (guests provide their own meals). Linens, towels, firewood, and even a rowboat, kayak, and two canoes are included.

Only an hour’s drive from the ocean or a scenic ride to the White Mountains, this cottage is the perfect base for both relaxation and outdoor adventure.

Please note: the cottage has some insulation but no central heat or air conditioning. The wood burning stove warms the living room beautifully, and space heaters are provided for cool evenings, and fans are provided for cooling.
