To make your stay easy, we provide a starter supply of essentials:

Please note that these are initial supplies; we recommend a quick trip to a nearby Publix, Walmart, or Target (all within 10 minutes) for additional items during your stay.



Pool heating is available for an additional daily fee, please request before your arrival if desired.



The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every check-in.

Other Things to Note:

POOL/SPA HEATING: There is a fee of $30/day. Note that we cannot isolate heat to only Spa. (recommended from November to February)



HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.



Interaction with Guests:

We will not be present during your stay, however you can contact us whenever you would like preferably through Airbnb messaging. We keep our phones on us at all times and are easily accessible regardless of the time!
