The Space:

Welcome to Permanent Vacation! This bright coastal retreat is designed for relaxation, fun, and family time, featuring multiple gathering areas, spacious bedrooms, and resort-style amenities.



The top level offers an open and airy great room with vaulted ceilings, a large smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee maker (bring your favorite K-Cups). The dining area comfortably seats ten, with four additional seats at the breakfast bar and a wine refrigerator for your favorite drinks. Step onto the spacious deck to enjoy morning coffee or sunset cocktails. This level also includes a king master bedroom with an ensuite full bath and a convenient half bath nearby.



The mid level features another king master bedroom with an ensuite bath, a king bedroom with a semi-private full bath (shared hallway access), and a bedroom with a DuoBunk and flat-screen TV. The laundry area with washer and dryer is also located on this floor. Outside, unwind in the hot tub or enjoy a drink at the covered outdoor bar area after a day in the sun.



On the ground level, the fun continues with a private media room featuring a large flat-screen TV and a rec room equipped with a foosball table, wet bar, and full-size refrigerator. This level also includes a queen bedroom and another DuoBunk bedroom, along with a full hall bath that has a wide doorway and a roll-in shower with handrails for accessibility. Located in the desirable Ocean Sands community of Corolla, this home offers the perfect mix of convenience and coastal charm. Ocean Sands is close to shopping, restaurants, golf, and water sports, making it easy to enjoy everything the Outer Banks has to offer. The neighborhood features quiet streets, beach access points, and a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Homes in this area are on municipal water and sewer, with a few still on private wells.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to fines of up to $150: any pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.



Interaction with Guests:
