Florida Sales tax and Collier County taxes will be ADDED to the rental price. No cleaning fee.

We will provide a detailed rental contract and a breakdown of costs for you and provide all information regarding the wi-fi, gate codes garage door codes etc. This will be done, when we have completed your reservation.

A Security Deposit is required within 5 days of the reservation date.
The balance of the rental must be paid by February 15, 2026
A detailed confirmation of this will be available to you, when we begin to correspond via email.

The 4th bedroom will not be available as it will be the owner's area for personal items.
The garage will not be available to use as the owner's vehicle is there year-round.
No pets are permitted. No smoking inside or outside this rental property. The HOA does not permit smoking on their property .
