The Space:

This “smart home" with high-end finishes has been optimized to sleep up to 8 guests. Its open plan design flows from the living area with 2 sofas to lounge in while binge-watching on the huge Smart TV.



•The bedroom features 2 double beds with a dedicated work desk for remote work. The 2 sofas in the living room can be set up as sofa beds to accommodate extra guests.

•1 full bathroom with walk-in shower

•1 half bathroom serves as a powder room with a toilet



•A fully fitted modern kitchen with a full-size fridge, gas stove, oven, microwave, and a dishwasher.

•To ensure a comfortable stay for you and a peaceful environment for our neighbors, we kindly ask you to observe the following:

•Check-in time: 3pm

•Check-out time: 11am

•Smoking is only allowed on the balcony but not permitted indoors. We appreciate your cooperation to keep the apartment comfortable for all guests. Fines may apply.

•JVC is a peaceful residential community.

Gatherings and parties are strictly prohibited.

A fine of up to 2000 AED may apply for any violation.

•Pet Policy: While we love animals, guests wishing to bring pets must register them in advance. A fee applies, and approval is required prior to arrival.



Arrival and Parking Instructions

To ensure a smooth arrival, please follow these steps:

•Please stop by the building reception desk first to register for building security.

•You can now access the apartment.

•Once inside the apartment, you will find both the Building Access Card and the Parking Card waiting for you. You will need these for all subsequent entry to the building facilities and the parking area.
