Diese Wohnung befindet sich in einem großen Teil von Ocean City (Gold Coast Bereich). Nur 2 kurze Blocks zum Strand auf 1600 Asbury Ave. Wohnzimmer, zwei große Schlafzimmer und Küche. Beinhaltet 6 Strand-Tags für Ihren Aufenthalt. Die Küche verfügt über eine Spülmaschine und ist voll ausgestattet mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, darunter eine Keurig Kaffeemaschine / Mixer / Toaster. Jedes Zimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Inklusive Kabel-TV und WLAN. Alle Schlafzimmer haben neue 39 "Flachbild-Fernseher und einen neuen großen 55" 4K Smart TV im Wohnzimmer zusammen mit 2 Schlafsofas für zusätzliche Gäste. Das Achterdeck besteht aus einem Essbereich und einem Grill. Auch vorne überdachte Veranda / Deck mit Sitzecke. Off-Street-Parkplatz für 1 Auto. Waschmaschine / Trockner im separaten Gemeinschaftsbereich. Diese Wohnung befindet sich in einem 5-Einheiten-Gebäude 2 Blocks vom Strand entfernt. Ideal für große Familien oder Großfamilien, um mehrere Einheiten zu mieten, um Ihren gemeinsamen und persönlichen Raum zu haben. Dies ist ein Nichtrauchergebäude. The space was clean, nicely decorated and well-equipped—exactly as pictured. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The host was very responsive. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pet-friendly getaway!

Vacation in OCNJ

The property we stayed in was clean and in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach (3 blocks) and boardwalk. The owner is very quick answering any texts or communication when needed. This is our 4th year at this location and plan on returning in the future.

Vacation in OCNJ

We enjoyed our 1st year at OCNJ in 2022 and stayed at a nice location close to the beach. The owner is more than welcoming and answers questions quickly. So this year 2024 is our 3rd year returning to same rental. Very clean and quiet neighborhood and hope to continue staying there in future years to come.

Clean, cozy, close to the beach

I was very happy with the unit. The condo was clean, comfortable and a short walk to the beach. The property owner was very friendly and very quick to respond to questions/messages. Not having to worry about where you stay on vacation is important, and I will surely be renting the unit again in the future.

Great Property for the Price

Spacious property with standard amenities. Property manager was super responsive and checked in to see how our stay was. Outdoor shower and coin op laundry was nice to have. Be prepared to do walking, as location is a bit from the heart of the boardwalk. However, the price accounted for that with the listing. Would recommend this to a family as the space was very clean and roomy. Being pet friendly as well was a plus!

Nice Condo

The location is convenient to the beach, boardwalk and shops. Everything was as described - clean, updated, easy check-in, etc. It worked well for our small group. The only downside is noise. The window AC units are quite loud - louder than normal window units. Also, the noise from the condo above is fairly loud. We could hear the unit above talking, walking, moving furniture, watching TV. If you are ok with a little extra noise, this is a nice unit.

Felt like home! Monlm and Grams to five disabled kids!

I have been coming to Ocean City since I was an infant in arms. This was the first time that I had stayed further up the boardwalk. It was so quiet and friendly. I like sitting on the porch and not having so much traffic go by. Normally I would not stay in a location so far up. I usually stay between 4th and 9th Street. I am so glad that we came to this side of Ocean City. Normally I would not stay in a pet friendly location. I have a 74 lb Rough Collie. Who is the finished service dog. Generally, would I have found in pet friendly units, is that there is a residual scent of dogs having accidents in the unit. There are no worries in that department. The unit was clean and there was no odors from previous vacationers with pets. When we walked in the unit, I was pleased to find that the cleaning team had left the air conditioners on so the unit was cool upon entering. There was some miscommunication about the unit. The host did remind me before we left for Ocean City that they do not provide linen. Having been very familiar in Ocean City, I already had known that and had purchased linen cheaply before going. The miscommunication happened, because "linen" includes sheets and towels. Because of that, we only brought blankets for the futons in the living room. I ended up having to go to Hoyts to purchase blankets. My suggestion would be to add in the word bedding. Bedding includes blankets, lol. I would like to thank the host for allowing us to stay.

Great Pet-Friendly Beach Rental

We had a great time on our annual beach trip with our dogs and extended family staying nearby! The place was exactly what we were looking for, and the location was ideal...a perfect short morning walk with the pups to grab coffee and explore the shops/restaurants on Asbury Avenue. On-site parking was an added bonus! Sal was extremely communicative and responsive, and he even checked in with us proactively a few days into our stay to ask how we were enjoying everything and if there was anything we needed. Definitely recommend this rental for your next trip down the shore!

Great, affordable rental!

This place was clean, spacious and extremely close to the beach and boardwalk. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The larger bed in the room with bunk beds, however, is extremely squeaky and loud, unfortunately. The only other problem was there were no extra rolls of toilet paper or paper towels, so we ran out the day before we left. These two things notwithstanding, the place was great highly recommend—just bring toilet paper and paper towels and avoid the squeaky bed!

More practical information would have been useful, e.g. code for laundry, pillows/linen provided or not. Remote controls didn't all work. Normal coffee machine would be useful. Wi-Fi code info was wrong. Had to call...

Clean, comfortable and close to everything.

We enjoyed our stay in Ocean City. The house was clean and everything looked freshly painted. The owners have put a lot of thought into this home. They have tried to think what the renter would need to have a comfortable stay. The house is in a wonderful location 2 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. The city shopping district is also within walking distance. There is a CVS and a sea food restaurant within a block. The house is located in a really nice residential section of the city. We had a very comfortable stay and would highly recommend this rental property. The owners are very helpful and accommodating and will answer questions quickly.
