This studio was designed by an international architect for his own use on the 16th floor with a fantastic view of the ocean. The location is in the Decoplage building on the beach where the famous 100 Lincoln Road meets the ocean. This unique apartment has architectural details that are usually not found in rental apartments. The high ceiling is lit up with indirect lights, and the paintings on the walls are lit up, creating a bright, gallery-like atmosphere. The light-filled layout makes this apartment look spacious. Mirrored walls that brighten and open the space. There is a work desk the whole length of a window wall with an ocean view. The apartment is ideal for work, and elegant for relaxation.
For outdoor living, you have a furnished, large private balcony with plants. Perfect for morning coffee or wine at sunset. When you look down from the balcony, you can see the pool and the whole pool deck that was designed by the same architect as the apartment.

This apartment is on the 16th floor of the Decoplage condominium, one floor below the Penthouse. The building has tight security with personnel manning the front desk in the lobby and a security guard 24/7. The rental comes with one parking space for YOUR CAR accessible via FREE VALET SERVICE. Laundry facilities, including garbage disposal, are included on each floor. Access to the pool deck and the fitness center is on the 3rd floor. The property boasts a BEAUTIFUL NEW HEATED INFINITY OLYMPIC-SIZE POOL and landscaped pool deck with a view of the ocean and a FITNESS CENTER. Direct access, and steps away from the beach with a special spot allocated for guests of the Decoplage with available chair and umbrella rentals. You can also enjoy a stroll on the newly renovated boardwalk located directly behind our building. Located where Lincoln Road meets the ocean, you’re in one of Miami’s most iconic and convenient neighborhoods. Everything is walkable! The Decoplage is Steps to Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, and Collins Ave. Taxis, tour and city buses, bike rentals, pharmacy, groceries, restaurants, and coffee shops are all located right outside our doors on Lincoln Road.

Building requires all tenants to be approved. After booking, you will have to submit an online application at a $50 fee per adult. This has to be paid directly to the application vendor via their online portal. 2 adults per application. We will provide you with detailed instructions.

My father is the Architect of all our apartments, Paul Balev. He is a New York-based architect with a bit of a global footprint. His portfolio contains a wide-range of work- high-end residential, commercial, institutional and cultural buildings. Not only did he design the apartment, he designed the walkway to the pool with the swirly path and planters that you can view from the Balcony :) I manage his personnel apartments for him and am an original New Yorker, but really fell in love with Miami.

The apartment features many mirrors which makes the place feel infinite, as well as maximizes the stunning views.
