This home comfortably accommodates 10 guests with spacious on-site parking .Near to local beaches ,bay, and fine dining. Ideal location for 2026 Golf U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills June 15-21,2026 which is a short ride by car, or easily accessible by local Hampton Jitney or Long Island Railroad (1 stop, and short walk).

• 5 Spacious Bedrooms with 2 Masters,3 located on first level each with full bath
• 4 Full Baths + powder room
• Chef’s Kitchen with stainless appliances, island seating
• Great Room with open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and skylights, adjoining dining room seats 10. Gas Fireplace
• Master Bedroom #1 faces pool and backyard, king size adjustable bed, power recliner, His/her closets, Master bathroom with jacuzzi tub, large walk-in shower with dual shower heads, His/her sinks
• Entertainment Room has a panoramic view of the pool and backyard, wet bar faces large LCD TV
