Welcome to Silver Reef #1, a peaceful ground-floor end unit tucked along the quiet, natural coastline of Grand Cayman’s North Side. From the moment you arrive, the calm of the sea and the ease of the space invite you to slow down and settle into island life. This newly built two-bedroom, two-bathroom beachfront retreat blends contemporary design with the soothing rhythm of the ocean, ideal for travelers seeking tranquility, open views, and a luxurious home base for exploring Grand Cayman. As part of the intimate, gated Silver Reef Residences, this corner unit offers added privacy, beautiful natural light, and seamless access to the community’s amenities.

With George Town approximately 50 minutes away, having a car will grant you the freedom to explore the area’s hidden treasures and embrace the picturesque beauty at your own leisurely pace.
Other Things to Note:
To help you enjoy the beautiful ocean right in front of the property, we suggest bringing water shoes for easier and more comfortable entry.
There is no cable but guests may log in to their own streaming accounts (Netflix etc.) to watch TV.
If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.
We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.
