Welcome to the Citrine House - a true gem in Savannah.

This restored historic home sits on a charming street with colorful houses just steps from the best that the Starland District has to offer. Blending timeless charm with modern comfort, the home features bright interiors, large windows, hardwood floors, comfortable bedding, and well-equipped bathrooms.

The Space
The home offers two spacious bedrooms, each with a queen bed, plus a sleeper sofa in the living room for an additional guest. There are two full bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub/shower combo, along with a convenient downstairs powder room. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, bakeware, dishes, a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, stove, and full-size refrigerator. With a cozy living room, dedicated dining area, and a beautiful courtyard, the house is ideal for spending quality time with friends and family.

The house is very nice and clean, we really enjoyed the hot tub and cute backyard setup. We didn’t have time to use them-but there were bikes available for use too! Absolutely adorable house! Very local to many top attractions.. It was very clean and well kept! Very cozy we loved the private back patio with the hot tub & fire pit The Town of Savannah is definitely a sweet charming historic town we loved it!Very beautiful! Stunning oak trees!We highly recommend Forsyth park , Wormsloe Historic District, Old Fort Jackson - (an awesome place to watch the fully loaded cargo ships come in to port!) we also sited a pod of dolphins swimming from atop the fort!

Great house in a somewhat suspect location. The owners are communicative and did their best to be helpful. Overall, the area is a few years from being nicer it appears. Walking distance to some shops and food. We enjoyed our time and will be back to the area but most likely stay in a different district. Fire in the alley only a few feet away from the back gate one night was concerningThere are cameras on the property to help but sometimes a little too close to shady characters for comfort for us.

We loved our stay! The house was great - super cute, spacious, very comfortable beds and furniture. I was a little concerned with only having on-street parking, but that was no issue at all. It is a very small street with just a few houses. There was plenty of parking at any time of the day/night.Location was great with many walkable things to do. Will look into staying at this house again next time we visit Savannah.

A Great Stay!!

This was a great stay!! We all really enjoyed the home and the location to the shops and eats around Starland. The house was clean and had a lot of charm. It’s a quick drive to the historic district and tybee island which we enjoyed a lot. The only downside is the homeless population in this area, it’s just sad, got asked for money quite a bit but never bothered and felt safe the whole time. Loved the up and coming area of Starland and this house fits beautifully in that neighborhood!! All of us can’t wait to stay again
