Welcome to our stylish 2-bedroom suite in Griesbach. Enjoy the convenience of an EV charger and free parking alongside luxury amenities like our soaker tub and 4K projector setup. This is your home away from home, a perfect place to relax and feel right at home during your stay in Edmonton. Guests have their own private entrance and large windows that fill the space with natural light, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. The living room features a built-in 4K projector for movie nights and plenty of comfortable seating to unwind after a busy day.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with matching SMEG appliances (including the fridge), a Vita Mix blender, and a variety of other high-end amenities to make cooking and dining easy and enjoyable. Both bedrooms offer large closets and cozy beds designed for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom is a true highlight, featuring a one-of-a-kind soaker tub that’s perfect for relaxing and recharging!
Whether you’re visiting for work or leisure, this thoughtfully designed suite has everything you need to feel at home while enjoying the best of Edmonton!
You will be staying in a basement suite that can be accessed from the side of our house. A path will lead you to the side door, where the entrance is located. You and your family can park in front of the house anytime you would like.
You can contact us via messages. A personal phone number will be provided for emergencies. We like to give our guests privacy and comfort while staying! However, we are always available for questions!
We live in a very friendly neighborhood that has a K-9 school very near. 2 parks have recently been built and are very child-friendly. We live near 97th street, which can lead you to Anthony Henday, which can take you around Edmonton or you can also take it to our downtown core. There is a quick shopping center near us called Kingsway Mall, which only takes 8 minutes to get to.
We have a bus stop close to us that can get you anywhere in Edmonton.
You will also have your own private laundry room, and family amenities are available, including a high chair and a pack `n play.
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the suite. There will be a $500 fine for the remediation of the suite if any lingering smells are detected.
- No pets unless explicitly approved.
- No parties or events.
- Respect the neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level (10 PM - 8 AM).
- Check-in/out times should be followed as listed in your reservation.
- Report any damages immediately. Guests may be held responsible for damage caused during their stay.
- Additional guests must be pre-approved before visiting. Only registered guests are allowed in the suite.
- Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. We charge a fee for each extra guest.
- Turn off lights and appliances when not in use to conserve energy.
