**HEATED POOL is an OPTIONAL amenity. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

Not everyone wants or needs the pool to be heated. To keep prices low and conserve energy, we only heat the pool for requests made at least 3 days prior to check-in. Pool heating is only offered October-April. Also only available the consecutive nights of guests' entire stay; at $35 per night.

Pool heater is set to 82 degrees. Average water temperature can range +/- 5 degrees; depending on weather.

Pool heating is confirmed and charged 3 days prior to check-in and paid through an additional money request.

• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 11 AM
• Pets are allowed (pet fees apply)





We do have members of our team who may visit the property during your stay. They include landscaping, pool maintenance crews and trash service to take the trash cans out to the curb.

Guest access
Our guests have full access to this home during their stay. We only ask that you refrain from removing or tampering with pool equipment to ensure no damage and the pool will remain clean during your stay. The home is keyless entry for a smooth check-in

Security Cameras
For your safety, exterior security cameras are located at the driveway, pool area, and the east and west sides of the house. No cameras are inside the home or in any private spaces.
