Welcome to your Miami Beach escape! This modern, airy 1-bedroom apartment sits in the iconic Decoplage building at 100 Lincoln Road, one of the most desirable locations in South Beach. With direct beach access and Lincoln Road right outside your door, you’ll be in the center of everything—restaurants, shopping, nightlife, oceanfront paths, and endless sunshine. It is strategically located between the Ritz Carlton and The Loews Hotel in the heart of everything that makes South Beach a world-famous destination.
This beautiful architect-designed apartment offers a terrific space for guests to unwind. Cozy bedroom that includes a queen bed on a raised platform so you can see the ocean from your pillow with mirrored walls that brighten and open the space. This apartment offers a comfortable living room featuring a full bed/ sofa. When you close the glass sliding doors in the living room, you will have a private guest room with access to the bathroom without disturbing you in the bedroom. From the bedroom, you can go to the kitchen or the bathroom without disturbing the guest. The apartment has two work desks, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Beautiful artwork throughout. Fully equipped kitchen, there is a new microwave and a new ceramic cooktop, plenty of counter space, and everything needed for home cooking. Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. The apartment stays cool with air conditioning. Linens, towels, dishes and utensils are provided. SMART TV, FREE HD CABLE and 40Mbps HIGH-SPEED INTERNET WITH WIFI are included. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or heading out to explore, this superb spot provides a welcoming retreat. The building has tight security with personnel manning the front desk in the lobby and a security guard 24/7. The rental comes with one parking space for YOUR CAR accessible via FREE VALET SERVICE. Laundry facilities including garbage disposal are included on each floor. Access to the courtyard, the pool, and the fitness center is on the 3rd floor. The property boasts a BEAUTIFUL NEW HEATED INFINITY OLYMPIC-SIZE POOL and landscaped pool deck with view of the ocean and a FITNESS CENTER. Direct access, and steps away from the beach with a special spot allocated for guests of the Decoplage with available chair and umbrella rentals. You can also enjoy a stroll on the newly renovated boardwalk located directly behind our building.

Building requires all tenants to be approved. After booking, you will have to submit an online application at a $50 fee per adult. This has to be paid directly to the application vendor via their online portal. Every adult over 18 will have to be included in the application and 2 adults per application. We will provide you with detailed instructions.

My father is the Architect of all our apartments, Paul Balev. He is a New York-based architect with a bit of a global footprint. His portfolio contains a wide-range of work- high-end residential, commercial, institutional and cultural buildings. Not only did he design the apartment, he designed the walkway to the pool with the swirly path and planters that you can view from the Balcony :) I manage his personnel apartments for him and am an original New Yorker, but really fell in love with Miami.

Our apartment is uniquely designed to maximize space. It has an open, clean and modern feel, but is still warm and inviting. The apartment features many mirrors which makes the place feel infinite, as well as maximizes the stunning views. There is built-in art through mosaics, as well as original lit up painting by the owner and architect, Paul Balev. His apartments all have their unique features and are quite magical, practical and well thought out. Two people can work in this space and have complete privacy closing both doors as if having separate offices. The same goes for having guests in this one bedroom that can convert into two bedrooms.
