Cook up memorable meals in the chef-ready kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a spacious island with bar seating, and a dining area for six. Slide open the glass doors to access the upper deck—complete with a porch swing, rocking chairs, smart TV, and alfresco dining area with panoramic views of Douglas Lake.



Downstairs, the fully finished basement becomes your private game zone. Enjoy a multicade arcade, air hockey table, card table, and smart TV from the comfort of a plush sectional. Step out to the lower deck for a round of cornhole or unwind in the hot tub after a long day of exploring. This level also includes a laundry room, full shared bathroom, and two additional king bedrooms—one with access to the outdoor hot tub and picnic area.

Things To Note:

• Private laundry is available during your stay.

• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.

• Parking is available for up to 4+ vehicles in the paved private driveway. AWD or 4X4 vehicles may be required during winter months.

• Guests have access to the lake, but water levels fluctuate and may be low at times.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.

• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• This home is equipped with 2 external security cameras, for guest safety: (1) located at the front door and monitoring the main entry, (1) located at the side of the house and monitoring the driveway.

• Due to Smoky Mountain's remote mountain location, Wi-Fi and cell service throughout the area can be spotty or occasionally unavailable—this is a common experience for visitors across town.
