Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the entire 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen and full bathroom, parking in the driveway, outdoor seating area, outdoor shower, and washer/dryer.



Other Things to Note:

This apartment is located in a multi-family home. The driveway, washer/dryer and outdoor shower are shared areas with the upstairs tennant. Additionally, the carport is NOT available for guest parking or use.
