Welcome to our brand new (finished this past September) waterfront beach house in Orange Beach, Alabama perfectly situated on the bay in Bear Point Marina. Enjoy peaceful bay views and direct access to the water while still being just a short drive from the white-sand beaches. It’s also just a short walk around the corner to the popular local restaurant OSO. This spacious four-bedroom home is designed for comfort: the two back bedrooms are master suites, one featuring a queen and a double bed and the other offering two double beds. Both masters include private in-room bathrooms with walk-in showers and built-in benches. In the front of the house, the two additional bedrooms each include a queen bed. A third bathroom off the hallway provides a convenient shower/tub combo. It’s the ideal blend of relaxation, convenience, and coastal charm for your next getaway.
