* This home is located on a property with another rental unit close to the back of the home.
*The upstairs apartment is occupied by a quiet renter, therefore quiet hours from 10pm-7am are strictly enforced.
* Laundry is shared and located in a room attached to the main house.
 On rare occasions, another guest may access the laundry area via the back porch.
