You can park your car in the condo's heated garage and leave it for the rest of your trip because you can walk to everything in Beaver Creek from this location.

The condo sleeps 10 people with 1857 square feet, perfectly suited for families or groups of friends. It is all on one level, which makes for easy living! The condo comes equipped with a variety of amenities to enhance your stay, including a laundry room with a washer and dryer, WiFi, and a gas grill on the balcony. The building has an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. And there is a front desk manager to help you with your stay!

The Living Room has a dining table that seats 8, plus four more can be seated comfortably at the kitchen bar top. A comfy sofa plus two recliners look onto the Flat Screen TV and wood-burning fireplace. The open concept kitchen overlooks the living room and is fully equipped, ensuring that you have everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.

Skiing from the condo is extremely easy. Ski-in/Ski-out trails are immediately across the street, and the unit has a ski room for equipment storage. You can ski-in via the Highlands skiway and ski-out via the Creekside skiway. Or you could opt to use the Beaver Creek ski valet at the base of the Centennial lift, right next to the ski school.

During the summer months, you can step out one side of the condo and access the trailhead of the Beaver Creek Hiking Trails, or exit the other side of the building, and you are at the newly completed Creekside Park and playground! Beaver Creek flows through the park, and the sounds, views, and vegetation cannot be beat! Golf, tennis, and pickleball are all really close to the building.

The beautiful, light-filled, corner residence has a balcony with views of Beaver Creek Mountain and a grill. Fireworks at Beaver Creek can be viewed from the balcony. The unit features a primary suite with 1 king bed and an ensuite bathroom with two sinks, a relaxing bathtub, and a separate shower. The middle bedroom has a king bed with its own bath across the hall. And the third bedroom has 2 full beds and an ensuite bathroom. Plus, the living room has a comfy sofa with a pull-out bed. The three full bathrooms all have heated toekicks to keep you toasty warm in the winter. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, and the Living Room has a Flat Screen TV as well. The condo has a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for snuggling up to after a day in the snow. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of skiing, hiking, or another adventure or gathering with friends, this marvelous condo offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere.
