The Magnolia Studio

This recently renovated, approximately 340 sq ft. basement studio is right in the heart of Ardmore. It boasts a queen bed, full bathroom, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dining & living areas, a large tv, and its own washer and dryer! Walkable to Ardmore Coffee and Cafe Arthur's, and conveniently close to several Winston-Salem areas: Novant Hospital (1 mile), Hanes Mall (1.5 miles), Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center (2 miles), Downtown (3.5 miles), and Wake Forest University (5 miles).

This space is on the basement level, but has its own entrance and includes driveway parking. The ground floor above is a 2-bedroom short-term rental property (also available for rent!).

This studio includes a queen bed, full bathroom, kitchenette with coffee bar, and living & dining areas. It also includes its own laundry area with a washer & dryer (not shared with above tenant!).

Note: this space only includes 1 queen bed, but an air mattress is provided and can be placed on the floor in the living area.

Guests can park at the bottom of the driveway (shared with ground floor tenant) and enter the studio via door on the basement level, next to the garage.

Guests will receive door code from hosts prior to their stay.

Guests are welcome to use the grill, BBQ pit, and outdoor space as they like.
