You'll have private access to the entire lower-level apartment, featuring two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a private entrance. Enjoy exclusive use of the fenced backyard. Please note that the driveway is a shared space. Your host occupies the upstairs unit, ensuring your privacy while remaining available to assist with any needs during your stay.

You’ll have exclusive use of the entire lower-level apartment and the fully fenced backyard during your stay. The apartment has its own private entrance and has been soundproofed to a reasonable extent. However, as with most multi-unit homes, some normal household sounds may still be heard between floors.
