THE SPACE:
Located at one of the luxurious buildings here at
Uptown BGC there are many places to visit like malls, restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, bars and nightclubs that are only a few minutes walk which makes it very easy to grab food or other essentials and enjoy a day/night out.

-Unit spans at 68 sqm of living space with balcony
-400mbps Wifi for streaming & for remote work.
-50 inch smart tv with Netflix, Youtube, Disney+, etc.
-Bedroom with 1 Queen size bed (sleeps 2 adults), can also provide an extra floor foam bed with extra pillows & sheets for additional guests.
-"Maids Room/Laundry room" turned into sleeping space with single size bunk bed
-Basic kitchen needs to cook a meal such as rice cooker, toaster, electric kettle, pots and pans, plates, cups, utensils and a water dispenser for your convenience.
-Essential hygiene items (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels)

GUEST ACCESS:
Once booking is confirmed, we kindly ask of you to send the following requirements via direct message so we could pre-register guests to the admin atleast
2 Days prior to check in for a smooth process and by
2 pm for same day bookings. Only pre-registered guests will be allowed entry and if you have additional guests without prior notice they will be denied by the front desk/admin.
-Valid photo I.D's of all guests
-Full name of all guests
-Contact Number
-Email Address
-Signed Buildings House Rules & Regulations (will be emailed to you)
-Car details (this applies only to guests who reserved a parking spot)
Make, Model, Color and License Plate number
Please note:
1. Only a maximum of 4 adult guests is allowed to stay in a 1 bedroom unit. Infants & Kids under 10 y/o are not counted in the 4 guest limit. Unregistered visitors will be denied entry.
2. I.D's will be required upon check-in at the front desk. So please have them ready.
3. The unit is located at Tower 2 which does not have a ramp and only stairs so if you have heavy luggages I recommend to use the ramp in front of Landers on 8th St.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please be advised and aware of the Buildings house rules & guidelines.
~POOL & SPA P 5th floor:
kindly register at the front desk if you'd like to use the pool. the first 3 guest are free of charge additional guests is 300php each.
-Tuesdays-Fridays 8am-10pm
-Mondays are closed due to disinfecting & cleaning.
-Weekends & Holidays are closed off for tenants.
-Spa usage is 300php/hr.
-OTHER AMENITIES ARE RESERVED FOR RESIDENTS ONLY
~TRASH COLLECTION:
9am-12pm & 5pm-9pm
~NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the unit or on the premises, violators will be fined.
~Please keep noise level low and avoid anything that would disturb others.
~As a residential building, we do not offer luggage storage before or after check-in/out.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. We offer 1 On-Site parking space but with a fee of
500php per night & is upon availability only. First come first serve basis. Please confirm via direct message if you'd like to reserve.
Other parking options are paid parking garages around the premises but are subject to their own fees & cut off times for overnight parking.
2. We'd greatly appreciate it if you would handle towels & linens with care & quantity provided will be based on guests registered upon booking. Additional or replacement requests is available but with a fee.
3. We recommend guest who are staying more than 7 nights to have a cleaning service at an additional charge of 800php (cleaning only) and 1,800php (cleaning with change of linens & towels), to keep and maintain the cleanliness.
4. We, the host, are not responsible and held liable for any accidents due to guest's negligence.
