Welcome to your 5 ⭐️ Annapolis home base for families, sailing crews, and group getaways. This spacious 4-bedroom home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and is located less than 5 minutes from the water and just 10 minutes from historic downtown Annapolis, the Naval Academy, waterfront dining, and local events.

Cape St. Claire hosts its own July 4th parade and beach celebration — enjoy the morning festivities on foot, then head 10 minutes to downtown Annapolis for the harbor fireworks at 9:15pm before returning to the spacious firepit and basement bar to close out the night.

Designed with groups in mind, the home offers plenty of space to gather, relax, and unwind. Enjoy a huge private backyard featuring a fire pit, cornhole, and a putting green—perfect for afternoons outside or evenings around the fire. Inside, the basement bar and entertainment area create an ideal space for nights in after a day on the water or downtown.

The fully stocked kitchen makes hosting easy, with multiple appliances, all cookware and utensils, complete dishware, and a dedicated coffee bar with complimentary coffee and tea. Very nice place with sufficient amenities. Bedrooms were very comfortable and equally great. Dominick was a great host and I had no issues with anything as he provided every bit of info possible which made my ease of stay fantastic. Will definitely rebook if I’m in the Annapolis area of Maryland.

We were disappointed when we arrived. The yard was overgrown and lawn hadn't been mowed. It was difficult to have a clear path to the door due to the over grown trees and bushes This appearance of the outside of the house definitely detracted from it.Also the light above the door isn't bright and made it difficult to see st night,it was fun than bright.The view of the house on the website was nothing compared what we saw at check in.There was an issue with the smoke alarm beeping after we were on bed the first night.There was an issue with some of the flooring and carpeting. The kitchen floor had two pieces of transition floor trim and that were definitely a trip hazard!The carpet on the steps wasn't attached properly,another trip hazard.The exhaust fan didn't work in the downstairs bathroom.We shared our comments with the host.The kitchen was stocked nicely along various useful appliances,including dish soap,dishwasher detergent,trash bags I

In regards to the lawn, we have our lawn care scheduled for every 2 weeks, and our lawn care was scheduled for 2 days after your checkout which was unfortunate timing. The exhaust fan we have never had a problem with or any notification that it was not working, so thank you for letting us know allowing us to get this fixed asap. In regards to the lighting outside, we will be replacing this bulb to be much brighter so we appreciate that as well. In regards to the house itself, we have had several professional photographers come out to take pictures of the place so I ensure you the pictures show an exact representation of the house and have been a huge complimentary factor from previous guests. The Host was very friendly communicative for all my questions. When we arrived, the suite was exactly as described and pictured. It felt comfortable and cozy, while having everything needed to feel like home while traveling. Our favorite place to hang out was downstairs where the couch was stationed centrally to the oversized TV. The upstairs was perfect for relaxing and the backyard is spacious. I loved the deck patio as it is screened in to keep bugs out. The neighborhood was lovely and felt safe. A pleasant surprise was the park nearby that we could walk to and enjoy a few times. I look forward to visiting again in the future!

Host was welcoming & responsive. The setup of the home was nice. However a few things to note was trash was in the driveway instead of placed in trash bins. There was a sock left on the floor in one of the bedrooms. The main floor shower was extremely slow to drain but no problems down in the master bedroom. I was the 1st to arrive & got in the home with the keyless entry but once the rest of the family arrived i was called to come open the door due to the keyless entry saying battery too low to operate. Thankfully I was inside already. I did contact the host because we were leaving out shortly & he stated the system does not notify them when battery is low. He sent the house cleaner to change the battery.
