We strive to provide every guest with a great experience and appreciate feedback that helps us improve. The amenity access issue mentioned in this review was the result of the HOA updating its access cards without our knowledge. Once we became aware of the problem, we did everything we could to resolve it, but because the HOA office was closed for the weekend, we were unable to obtain a replacement until it reopened. We have since replaced the amenity pass and now keep a spare card at our office to ensure future guests have uninterrupted access to the pool, clubhouse, pickleball courts, and other community amenities. We've also addressed the housekeeping concerns with our team to ensure the home meets our cleanliness standards, and while mountain internet service can occasionally be slower than in urban areas, we continue to monitor the connection and work with our provider when needed. We're always looking for ways to improve and appreciate feedback that helps us provide a better experience for future guests.
