Most guests prefer driving — it’s the quickest way to reach beaches, museums, and downtown in minutes.

Rideshares (Uber/Lyft)
Uber and Lyft are widely available for fast, hassle-free trips anywhere in the city.

Public Transportation (Walkable)
If you’d like to take local transit, the nearest bus stops are along Kennedy Blvd, about a 10–15 minute walk from the house. From there, you can catch several HART bus routes that run directly into downtown Tampa, the Riverwalk, and connect to other neighborhoods.

➤Starter kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided, but guests will need to supply disposables and restock items for the duration of their stay.
➤This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:
• Please note that a $50 Pet fee will be applied per stay.
• We are unable to host cats and breeds of dogs deemed aggressive, per our insurance policy.
• No more than TWO (2) animals, each under 50 pounds.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture & please clean up after your pets.
• Do not leave your pets home alone unless very well-behaved or crated.
We provide a doggie waste station in the backyard, along with doo-doo bags for your convenience. Please make sure to clean up after your pets during your stay. If pet waste is not disposed properly and additional cleaning is required, an extra cleaning fee of $50.00 to $100.00 will be applied.
➤This is a single level property, however there are three steps to enter the house.

1. Cancellation Policy for Direct Booking Long-Term Reservations (30 days or more):
● For reservations of 30 days or longer, a separate cancellation policy applies:
● Guests will receive a full refund if they cancel at least 30 days before the scheduled check-in date.
● A 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made between 14 and 29 days prior to the scheduled check-in date.
● No refund will be provided for cancellations made 13 days or fewer before the scheduled check-in date.

2. Upon booking, you will receive a rental agreement/check-in form that you are required to sign and return before your arrival

3. If you are local and / or under the age of 23 please notify us before making your reservation

4. *In case of Waivo insurance* We will charge a small, non-refundable damage waiver fee to cover any potential accidental property damage during your stay. This fee replaces the traditional security deposit.

5. We would like to inform you that for direct bookings, a 4% credit card fee will be applied to any cancellations and refunds and we will follow the platform`s cancellation policy

6. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; please be respectful of the neighbors

7. No parties or events allowed
**If small events are allowed: We welcome small, calm gatherings such as baby showers, family birthdays, and similar events. However, all events must be pre-approved in advance. Please provide details, including the number of guests and duration, for consideration. Large parties, loud gatherings, or disruptive events are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for ensuring all attendees respect house rules and neighborhood quiet hours. Unapproved events may result in cancellation of the reservation

8. Guest must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible

9. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no `smoking` includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and `use of fire` includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed

10. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time, violation could lead to the immediate removal of all guests without a refund

11. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We`re sorry we have to charge this but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time and if they are unable to clean we still have to pay them

12. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in)

13. As part of our commitment to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we require a midterm cleaning for reservations lasting 30 days or longer. The midterm cleaning will take place on the 15th day of your reservation. This cleaning is mandatory and is designed to ensure the continued cleanliness and hygiene of the property

14. The cleaning fee for the mandatory mid-stay clean will be deducted from your security deposit or through Airbnb resolutions if you booked via Airbnb

15. This is a pet-friendly property! We’re glad if you were able to bring your pet along, but please note we have a few additional rules:

● Please note that a $50 Pet fee will be applied per pet.
● Please disclose pets at the time of booking. All pets must be added to your reservation so the applicable pet fee can be applied.
