Sunlight filters through the back windows and pulls your eye straight to the screened pool and the wide green view of the golf course behind the home. The tall ceilings, open layout, and quiet setting make it easy to settle in and feel like you’ve already started vacation mode.

You walk through the main living area first, where a large sectional and a 65` smart TV invite everyone to drop their bags and relax. A second living room sits just around the corner, giving you another comfortable spot to spread out, read, or put on a different show if your group has varied tastes.

The primary bedroom sits on its own side of the home for privacy. This room has a king bed, a 65` TV, and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower.

• A signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required within 24hrs after booking.

• Trailer parking is not permitted under Palm Coast regulations. If needed, I can provide a list of local trailer storage options for you to contact directly and arrange storage.

• Pool heating is available for an additional fee. Please request pool heat at least 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready for your stay. Pool heat is weather dependent and may be limited during cooler temperatures.

• For cancelled reservations, refunds are subject to a 5% cancellation processing fee to cover administrative and payment processing costs. This fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed and applies regardless of payment method.

★ Garage is available for 1 vehicle or motorcycles only (1 to 3 max)
★ Trailers are not allowed for overnight parking. Please ask ahead of time for storage options. This is a new city regulation and is enforced.
★ Parking is not allowed on the street. Please use the designated parking areas provided.

★ Optional pool heating is available for $25 per day by request

★ Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
★ We work hard to provide a clean, smoke-free environment for all guests.
★ If smoking is detected, a $350 cleaning fee will apply. This fee covers:
  ★ Professional cleaning of furniture, curtains, and linens
  ★ Air purification to remove odors
  ★ Extra cleaning time to restore the home to its fresh state
