I fell in love with a Louisiana coonass , the happy chaos of Broward County, a adopted this corner of paradise as my home. After 2 babies and a short term rental property management business, I discovered that real estate was the perfect playground for my energy, curiosity, and my obsession with solving problems.
What started as helping a friend manage her short term rental management business turned into a full career. Today I work with Related ISG International Realty, a team that gives me the tools and support to help clients buy, sell, invest, and grow with confidence. I manage vacation rentals and long term properties through my company Santanreaux Inc and I treat every home as if it were my own. I become my clients' "eyes on site". I communicate, I check, I organize, and I make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
I love working with international buyers because I understand what it feels like to arrive in a new country and not know who to trust. I speak Spanish, English and some French and Italian when needed, and I enjoy navigating different cultures. I also love the creativity of vacation rentals. I enjoy turning a simple condo into a place that guests remember, with excellent reviews and strong occupancy that makes the investment worthwhile.
When I am not negotiating contracts, promoting properties or staging a property, you will find me playing tennis with my kids, camping and backpacking or traveling somewhere new to recharge my ideas.
