Located in a super walkable area near Downtown Raleigh and the charming Boylan Heights neighborhood, it's perfect for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. Big windows and sun tunnels fill the space with light. You may hear the nearby train—just part of the charm of this unique, vibrant space.

The home is located near Downtown Raleigh in the walkable and charming Boylan Heights neighborhood. Restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a grocery store are all within easy walking distance. Wye Hill, Rebus Market, Trophy Brewing & Pizza, and more!

You'll enter into a spacious, open-concept living area featuring a cozy couch and TV setup, a large dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen.

• Large kitchen table (seats six easily)
• Pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and cups
• Basic spices & oils
• Coffee station with coffee maker, electric kettle, coffee grounds, and tea bags

There are two bedrooms, each with a comfortable queen bed, soft pillows, and fresh linens. One bedroom also includes a desk setup that’s great for remote work.

Each bedroom has its own full en-suite bathroom — one with a walk-in shower and the other with a bathtub. We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a hair dryer.
