sleeps eight and pairs a patio facing the golf course and mountains with comfortable living spaces, a kitchen with

Viking appliances and free heated garage parking. Settle in by the fireplace after skiing, hiking or a fall day

exploring Park City.



The Space:

Nearby gondola access. The lower station of the new Canyons Village Skyway is a short walk from the condo. Planned to debut for the 2026/27 winter season, this 10-person gondola will connect the lower village with the Canyons Village base area for skiing, dining and shopping.



Winter skiing and evenings in the village. In winter, put on your ski boots at home and request a free ride through the Canyons Village Connect app. The van picks you up out front and drops you near the Sunrise Gondola, with short walks at either end. Service runs from morning into the evening for skiing, dining and shopping within Canyons Village. Check the app for seasonal hours; pickup times vary with demand.



Room to settle in. The primary suite has a king bed, fireplace and walk-in shower; the second bedroom has two queen beds and a tub/shower combination. Both ensuite bathrooms have double vanities, and a half bath serves the living area. Six guests sleep in bedroom beds and two on the sleeper sofa. A twin air mattress offers an alternative within the eight-person limit. A Pack ’n Play travel crib is also provided.



Meals and evenings at home. The fully equipped Viking kitchen includes a Keurig for single cups or a full pot, plus a dining table for six and counter seating for four. Both bedrooms and the living room have Smart TVs; cable is available in the living room. In-home Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a washer and dryer make longer stays practical.



Private hot tub and shared amenities. The patio’s hot tub is exclusively for your group, with seating and a gas grill nearby. Your stay also includes the HOA’s year-round heated outdoor swimming pool, community hot tub, fitness room with a Peloton bike and rowing machine, and clubhouse lounge.



Park City in every season. Enjoy winter skiing, summer hiking and biking, and fall mountain colors. Explore trails or Main Street, then return for a soak and a fireside evening. Activities follow seasonal schedules and weather.



Guest Access:

Keypad self-check-in is available for the condo.



Guests have access to the private hot tub on the patio as well as the HOA’s shared amenities, including the year-round heated outdoor swimming pool, community hot tub, fitness room with a Peloton bike and rowing machine, and clubhouse lounge.



The building also has an elevator.



The Neighborhood:

Located in Blackstone in Canyons Village, the condo offers access to Park City activities throughout the year, including winter skiing, summer hiking and biking, and fall mountain colors.

This is a ground-floor condo in a shared building, and neighboring units may be audible.



Maximum occupancy is eight. Six guests sleep in bedroom beds and two on the sleeper sofa. A twin air mattress offers an alternative within the eight-person limit. A Pack ’n Play travel crib is also provided.



No smoking, pets, parties or events.
