Guest Access:

Parking:

You can park over by the garage (6-7 vehicles) and 5-6 vehicles in the driveway. Please do not park on street, on the grass, block sidewalks, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways to avoid your vehicle being towed.



There is a private boat ramp into the lake, so you can bring your own boats. We also offer free use of our kayaks, which are stored in the boathouse.

Buchanan Dam, TX is a small town located in the Hill Country of Texas. It has a population of about 1,000 people, but despite its size, it is full of charm and character. The landscape is breathtakingly beautiful with rolling hills and lush greenery. Residents have plenty of outdoor activities to explore such as hiking, swimming, and fishing on Lake Buchanan or visiting local attractions like Inks Lake State Park.

• Bedroom located near the kitchen will be unavailable due to maintenance work. All other rooms and amenities remain fully accessible and ready for your stay. If you have any questions or need help with sleeping arrangements, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to assist!

• The shower and tub in master bathroom is unavailable for maintenance.

• This Texas retreat comfortably hosts up to 30 guests! Up to 6 more guests can be accommodated with twin cots. Guests 31-36 will incur an additional fee so please ensure you input the correct number of guests so the booking reflects this.

• To help ensure a safe and trusted experience for all guests, ID verification may be required after booking.

• A BBQ pit/grill is not available at this property.
