Pool & Spa Policy
- Heated pool + hot tub package available for $55 per night
- Pool heated to 85°F

- Hot tub Only use available for $12 per night
- Hot tub heats to 101°F in approximately 15~45 minutes, weather permitting

Heated pool must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in
For safety and liability purposes, guests must sign the Pool & Hot Tub Waiver within 48 hours of booking
Pool, spa, and water features are used at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times

Quiet Hours & Neighborhood
Our home is located in a quiet and peaceful Chandler neighborhood.
Please observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

No Smoking or Illegal Substances
Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $700 additional deep cleaning fee.

Maintenance & Trash Collection
The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced once a week, and landscaping is maintained as needed. Staff will move the Trash bins on Mondays and Wednesdays.
