- No Baggage Storage:
• Due to building regulations, luggage storage is not available before check-in or after check-out

- No Smoking:
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside, on the balcony, and in all common areas
• A $250 cleaning fee applies if any smoking is detected

- Quiet Hours:
• Please keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM

- No Parties or Unregistered Guests:

- Safety & Security:
• Always lock the front door when leaving
