A separate room is attached to one of the 2 King Size bedrooms upstairs that holds a full/twin sized bunk bed. In addition, there is a bonus room on the 2nd floor perfect for kids and groups. This room has a foos ball table, arcade game and dart board perfect for everyone. The main floor also has 2 King Size beds and full bathrooms each with marble tile and walk in showers (master has a jacuzzi bathtub). The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is great for entertaining and has a large laundry room attached. A peaceful outdoor courtyard right outside your back door offers many leisurely hours of relaxation and a gas grill for cooking outside.

Enjoy the community pool and hot tub, or relax on the expansive private white sand beach on-property - yes that is right - it's a 2 minute walk to the beach! Banana Bay is 1.3 miles to the white sand and beautiful water of the Gulf of Mexico. In addition, you are walking distance to Oyster Bar and Sunset Grill which are delicious dining options.
