Vibrant Vacation Base | Stylish Studio in the Heart of Miami

Enjoy a comfortable stay in this thoughtfully designed studio, perfect for up to 3 guests. The living area features a pull-out sofa bed, a 50" Smart TV with apps like YouTube TV, Netflix, and Hulu, and high-speed internet, making it ideal for streaming or remote work.

The fully equipped kitchenette comes with all cookware and dining essentials for a convenient, home-like experience. The en-suite bathroom is stocked with shampoo, body wash, towels, and a hair dryer. Additional amenities include keyless entry, a clothes steamer, and ample closet storage.

A prepaid laundry facility is conveniently located right outside door C.

Centrally located, the studio is just 15 minutes from Miami International Airport, 15 minutes from Miami Beach, 5 minutes from Brickell, and 10 minutes from Midtown and the Design District, making it the perfect base for exploring Miami. Onsite parking for one vehicle and a security camera system provide both convenience and peace of mind.

While part of a multifamily property, your studio is completely private. Whether visiting for leisure or business, this tropical retreat has everything you need for a comfortable and memorable Miami stay.

Logistics:

- Check-in: 4:00 PM
- Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.

Cleaning: Professionally cleaned and sanitized following CDC guidelines before each stay.
Household cleaning supplies (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.) are provided.
Additional Information:

Garbage: City collection is every Tuesday and Friday morning. Garbage bins are on the side of the house, and if needed, guests may place them out for collection. Our cleaning team handles it if not done by guests.

Parking: Onsite parking ( first come first serve) Driveway can accommodate 2 cars. And we have 3 units. But street parking is available

Cameras: Outdoor-only security cameras are monitored by a professional company for safety.

Parties & Events: Not permitted. Excessive noise or music after 10:00 PM may lead to reservation termination and additional fees.

Pets: Not allowed unless approved before arrival, with a pet fee applied.

Personal Belongings: The host is not responsible for items left behind or package deliveries.
