Step onto the rooftop deck and soak in sweeping Philly views. For safety, please keep children supervised whenever they’re on the roof deck. Sip cocktails at sunset or gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. We do not allow people on the roofdeck after 10pm due to potential for neighbor disturbances. This is monitored closely and will be enforced. If we receive a neighbor complaint due to people on the roofdeck after this time, regulations require us to evict you without refund.

Local Bookings - We reserve the right to deny bookings from local residents of Philadelphia, PA. If you're a local, please message us with the reason for your stay before booking.

Stays longer than 13 days require bi-weekly cleanings at $150 per cleaning.

Exterior cameras (front, backyard, Ring doorbell) monitor outdoor areas only. These are in place for safety and security only.
Noise Levels - This is a townhouse with shared walls, so please keep noise low to be respectful to neighbors especially at night and early morning. Please keep quiet hours of 10pm – 8am. We have a noise monitor and are committed to being good neighbors.
No Parties - We do not authorize parties at our home and no unauthorized guests that are not listed in reservation. Noise complaints from neighbors, having unauthorized guests that cause damage or “trashing” the home may result in fines.
Parking - Our home is located in a safe, family-friendly neighborhood in South Philadelphia, with free street parking available. During the day, parking is easy to find, especially before 4 PM, when most neighbors are at work. In the evenings, it can be trickier, so we recommend using Uber or Lyft to avoid parking stress.
Pets – This property does not allow pets.
No Smoking – Smoking is prohibited inside the home to maintain a clean, safe environment.
Please leave any thrash/recycles in the backyard inside the black and blue bin respectively.
