The space
Comfortable Bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen)
Rest easy in three beautifully furnished bedrooms — one with a plush king bed and two with cozy queen beds. Each space offers soft linens and a relaxing atmosphere designed for a restful night’s sleep.

Warm & Inviting Living Rooms
Enjoy not only one but two living areas, both featuring expansive windows that frame the stunning water views. Both offer a cozy indoor fireplaces, perfect for curling up with a good book or a glass of wine.

Lakeside Dining & BBQ
Cook up a feast using the pellet grill, located conveniently near the outdoor dining table. Enjoy al fresco dining surrounded by fresh air and the sounds of the lake.

Guests have access to the whole home except the garage and owners boat.
Other things to note
Dock Use & Fee: Use of the private dock requires advance notice and carries an additional $500 dock fee. Please update your reservation before arrival if you intend to use the dock.

Owner’s Boat: The owner’s boat will remain docked and is strictly off-limits to guests.

No-Smoking Policy: This is a strictly NON-SMOKING home. Any evidence of smoking (including e-cigarettes or marijuana) will result in a $500 fine.

Guest Policy: Unreported guests will incur a $50 per day fine.

Pellet Grill: A pellet grill is available for guest use — please bring your own pellets

No Events/Parties: This is a residential neighborhood strictly no events home. Violation will result in a $1500 fine.

Home Character: This is a charming older home, not newly renovated. Expect a cozy, well-loved space with unique character and some vintage touches.

Liability Waiver : Acceptance of booking implies acceptance of lake use liability waiver mentioned in house manual.
