It's professionally built and designed by renowned architect, Julia Starr Sanford. There are wonderful opportunities for enjoying the outdoors on all levels of the home, including a courtyard and covered terrace.

The first floor of the home has a media room and wet bar near the entrance, accompanied by 2 spacious guest rooms. The first features a queen bed with a private entrance, attached bathroom, and flat-screen TV. The other bedroom has 2 twin day beds with attached trundles and a private bathroom.

Cathedral ceilings made of wood beams frame the second floor, where guests can find an open kitchen and living room. The kitchen features premium Wolf stainless steel appliances to make cooking and food prep a breeze. And if you prefer to feel the Gulf breeze, beautiful French doors open up to a sprawling second-floor balcony across the room. There is seating for 9 at the breakfast bar and formal dining table.
