--From Memorial Day to Labor Day, guests will have to purchase wristbands to use community amenities at the cost of $10/wristband. This is per our HOA and is out of our control. Purchases are made directly at the HOA office upon arrival.

- An additional rental agreement is required to be signed by a homeowner and guest once booking is complete.

-Only starter amounts of amenities are provided. Such amenities include starter amounts of paper towel, toilet paper, dish soap, body soap, lotion, shampoo and laundry pods. Please prepare accordingly.


-Our HOA amenities are open seasonally and are managed by our HOA, not us as homeowners. Additional information will be provided to you during the appropriate times of year, should your stay occur during the months of May - September.

-You must report to the security desk to receive your parking passes. Be prepared to provide information at LEAST 2 days prior to your arrival so we can have the passes ready for you upon checking in.
