We recognize that our furry friends are part of the family.
We allow house-trained dogs and cats.
If you bring a dog or cat there is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per animal.
This fee covers a deep cleaning as our cleaning crew charges more when there are pets
This fee will be sent as a separate request once your reservation is paid in full as per Airbnb's policy.
After check- out if there are pee stains inside the home or damaged furniture due to your animal we will be sending an extra request for damaged property.
We take pride in decorating, keeping our home clean, and well cared for. We love our furry friends and we ask is that you do the same.

SECURITY:
This home is located in a gated community
Please be aware there is a surveillance camera facing the driveway and exterior porch for guest safety. There are NO internal spaces are under surveillance.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
Check-in is 4:00PM of the day of your arrival or later
Check-out is strictly at 11:00AM
Please note that any late checkout on the day of departure that was not pre-approved will result in a $100 late checkout fee. This helps us ensure our cleaning team has enough time to prepare the space for the next guest.

LATE BOOKING & SHORT TERM RENTAL POLICY :
Our community requires all renters to complete a short-term rental form prior to their stay. This is a mandatory step to ensure compliance with local regulations and community guidelines.
We’ll provide the form and are happy to assist if you have any questions
Bookings made within 3 days of check-in or required short-term rental forms submitted less than 3 days before arrival may incur a $75 late processing fee.
