This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom (plus a loft), 2.5-bathroom home is perfect for large families or groups looking for a relaxing escape with all the comforts of home. With multiple king suites, a unique lake-view nook, and a fantastic outdoor deck, you will have plenty of room to spread out and make lasting memories.

Experience the perfect family and group getaway at this stunning 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home overlooking beautiful Lake Sinclair. With a private dock for sunset viewing, provided kayaks and a lily pad for lake fun, and an evening fire pit with cornhole, this retreat is designed for creating unforgettable memories.

The spacious, multi-level layout comfortably accommodates large groups, offering private suites and cozy areas. You'll find a full kitchen for group meals, multiple dining areas, and a large deck for outdoor cooking and eating. After a day on the water, you can gather around the fire pit for s'mores and starry nights.

The Space
This home is thoughtfully laid out to provide both communal gathering spots and quiet, private areas.

First floor
Kitchen & dining: A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials makes preparing meals for a crowd a breeze. The adjacent dining area has ample seating, and direct access to the back deck makes outdoor dining easy. For coffee lovers, there is a drip and Keurig coffee maker available.

Living area: The cozy living room is the perfect central hub for relaxing with family and friends.

Half bath & laundry: A convenient half-bathroom and a full laundry area with a washer and dryer are located on the main floor.

Balcony Porch: A spacious back balcony porch features an outdoor eating area and a BBQ grill (propane) for cooking out. Guests are welcome to use what's left. Hang out, relax and enjoy overlooking the amazing lake views!

Bedrooms and bathrooms:
Master suite: A private and spacious king-size suite with its own attached bathroom, located on the main floor for convenience and privacy.
Upstairs nook bedroom: Tucked away in a charming upstairs nook, this unique bedroom features a comfortable daybed with stunning views of the lake.

Downstairs bedrooms:
Three additional bedrooms are located on the lower level.
Bedroom #2: Features a king size bed.
Bedroom #3: Features 2 queen-size beds.
Bedroom #4: Features 2 queen-size beds.
Shared full bathroom: The three downstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom.

Outdoor amenities:
Lake access: A private dock provides direct access to Lake Sinclair, perfect for enjoying the water and watching sunsets. Enjoy relaxing in the sun loungers or all hanging out on the dock furniture creating memories. The beach access provides easy access in and out of the water. There is also a ladder on the dock. The water depth at the dock is 4ft-6ft deep (depending on water levels, changes daily).

Water fun: Two paddleboards, 2 kid kayaks, 1 adult kayak (blow-up) and a lily pad are available for guest use, perfect for exploring the serene lake. We have outdoor towels available for guests.

Fire pit: Gather around the fire pit in the evening to relax and make s'mores. (We do not supply firewood)

Games: A cornhole set is provided for some friendly competition on the lawn. Enjoy a game of bucket golf, or challenge each other playing board games, or cards!

Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire home including sleeping areas, the spacious back deck with grill and dining area, and the private dock. Guests will not have access to the locked closets.

Getting Around:
Serenity on Sinclair is 35-minutes away from Milledgeville, GA, for groceries, dining and entertainment. For groceries there is a Kroger, Publix and Walmart to choose from. Crosby's Landing is near 15 minutes away for boat ramp access.
