There`s no need for a car, but if you decide to have a vehicle to explore our beautiful coastline, we have free parking within the walls for your convenience.

You can walk to everything in Tamarindo from our excellent location. If you decide to rent a car to explore our famous coastline, we do offer free parking inside the walls.

Welcome to Diria Matapalo 402 – a luxurious 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom ocean view condo that sleeps 4. Ideally located on the famous Tamarindo Diria property, this lovely residence enjoys access to the huge lagoon pool with swim-up bar and private beach access via the landmark Diria hotel across the street. The Diria resort is ideally situated in the Tamarindo town center, steps to the sand and walking distance to all Tamarindo’s vibrant restaurants, shops, activities and nightlife.

Diria Matapalo 402 is located in the new Matapalo building and features a large covered terrace overlooking the ocean, lagoon pool and lush tropical gardens. Diria Matapalo offers two bedroom suites each with private bathroom, each containing a hair dryer (two total). The master suite has a king bed, terrace access, Juliet balcony, and elegant ensuite bathroom with spa shower and large scenic window. The guest bedroom suite has a king bed, TV and ensuite bathroom with large shower. The spacious living area has new leather sofas and features barrel vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, half bathroom in the foyer, and full laundry room.

Diria Matapalo 402 is fully equipped and perfect for your tropical dream vacation in Costa Rica. Experience all that Tamarindo has to offer from our excellent location or spend some time exploring the coast including famous beaches like Flamingo, Playa Grande, Conchal and Avellanas – all within 30 minutes of our condo.

Traveling with little ones? We have a pack-n-play available on a first come, first served basis for $10/night. To ensure availability and have the pack-n-play set up and ready for your arrival, please let us know in advance if you`d like to rent it.

- Parties and events are strictly prohibited. We have a no-tolerance rule about parties and loud noise, so please be aware that complaints from neighbors, notifications from authorities, notifications from our noise monitoring software, or any other proof of disruptive behavior or loud noise between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM will result in fines of up to $1000.00, possible eviction and / or possible legal action if authorities are involved.
*Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
