👤 Please Note: The owner lives quietly on the third floor, with no shared indoor spaces. Your second-floor suite and patios are completely private. The outdoor spaces are shared.

Guests have full access to the entire second floor of the home, including a private living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dedicated outdoor spaces. You’re welcome to use the outdoor shower and relax on the back deck with a daybed swing, as well as the ocean-facing patio for morning coffee or evening wine. The owner resides on the third floor, but your space is entirely separate.

The hosts are not located on site but are available to assist in any manner. The owner is located on site and you may be blessed enough to see her during your stay! She is amazing and a well versed individual who would absolutely love to tell you all about her porch karaoke.

The owner occupies the building on the third floor. The elevator is off guest limit as the owner uses the elevator to travel from the ground floor to the third floor, ensuring your privacy during your stay.
Respect for Neighbors: Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours, as the home is part of a shared property.

Private Access: The second-floor unit has a private entrance, but guests should be aware of shared spaces in the home and respect the owner`s privacy.

No Parties or Events: Due to the home`s structure, gatherings that could cause excessive noise or disturbance are not permitted.

Parking: Guests are allowed to park - 2 car maximum on the left side of the home. Please refrain from blocking access to the owner`s driveway on the right side.
