Inside you'll encounter two amazing and comfortable living rooms equipped with 65" TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, a sunroom, an outdoor patio, and a foosball table in the basement. Dive into our selection of board games to enjoy quality time with your friends or family!

The house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with a luxurious king bed, queen bed and full bed on the main floor, and two spacious rooms with a king bed and queen bed in the basement. The primary bedroom includes a private patio with seating for morning coffee. A washer/dryer is provided with detergent and dryer sheets.

Spend quality time together in the enclosed sunroom, designed for year-round fun with its own dedicated A/C unit. Gather around the large table for games, unwind in the seating area with a 55” Smart TV, or simply enjoy the bright, relaxing space. When you’re ready for some fresh air, step outside under the covered awning to dine at the patio table or fire up the grill for a great outdoor meal.

For our little guests, we provide a pack n' play and a high chair, ensuring a hassle-free experience for families traveling with young children.

Ample off-street parking spaces provided, 4-5 spaces in the driveway and one-stall garage with street parking available, if needed.

Guests will also appreciate the ADA-accessibility of this home. While the chair lift is not operable leading to the basement, guests in wheelchairs can still access:
-Ramp leading directly to the front door
-Living room and kitchen
-3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the main level
-Master bathroom which has grab bars for the shower and the toilet
-Outdoor deck, patio and sunroom

We loved our stay here over Memorial Day weekend! We had three families in our group, 7 people total, the place was spacious and had enough bedrooms for us. LOVED the sunroom, great place to gather. The entire home was the most accessible friendly VRBO I have come across, while we didn’t need any of those amenities, I thought it was worth mentioning in the review. Would definitely recommend this space for an Omaha trip!

This was a nice property. Very quite, pretty neighborhood. Very centrally located for getting around Omaha. The enclosed sun room was a great gathering space! Big table that seats 8 and lots of board games. Unfortunately there was a stale cigarette smoke smell in the house when we arrived, my son with asthma needed his inhaler as a result. (But the furniture/beds smell clean not smokey.) We opened windows in the morning and ran AC to try to clear it up, it helped a bit but not completely. We found some of the windows were painted shut which was frustrating.The bedroom doors do not latch or lock, which was tricky with a toddler. There is a high chair and a pack-n-play which was very helpful. But the pack-n-play was not clean when we set it up and had to be wiped down. Bring cleaning wipes.The kitchen has plenty of dinner plates, glasses and silverware which was nice, but there are no larger serving plates or bowls. There are also no mixing bowls or hand mixer. With a large party, we had planned and shopped to do all our cooking and baking at the house but had to plan B it when we didn't have the necessary cooking tools. A few hiccups, but an overall nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the sunroom was a favorite spot to relax and the air conditioning kept the house cool even on hot days. It was also nice to see family friendly touches like a playpen available in the laundry room. The host was quick to respond whenever we had a question. The layout of the home is unique, which give it character, though it took us a little while to figure out some of the light switches and ceiling fan controls. The only downsides were the beds, which were firmer than expected. A few of us actually found the couch more comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen could of also use a few more basics, including large mixing bowls, cutting knifes, a bottle opener and a strainer. Adding a few more cooking essentials would make the space even better for guests who plan to prepare meals. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend the property. With a few small updates, it would be an even better experience.

Worked great for our group of 3 adults and 5 kids! Really appreciated the accessibility of the house, as one of the kids is a wheelchair user. The master bedroom was large with plenty of room for transfers and storing equipment and the ramp to the front door was perfect. The sunroom is such a nice space. We really enjoyed hanging out in there. Loved that wheelchairs can get to the sunroom, but heads up, it's via an outdoor ramp. Works fine most of the year but could be tricky in the winter! House was really clean and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend!
