As you step inside, you’re greeted by an elegant, fully equipped gourmet kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the tools needed to prepare delicious meals for your group. With two large dining tables and place settings for 24, everyone can gather comfortably to share meals, play games, or simply enjoy good company.

The kitchen opens into a two-story great room with soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a magnificent stone fireplace that creates a cozy yet grand atmosphere. The natural light and mountain scener pour in, giving you that peaceful “cabin in the woods” feeling with a touch of luxury.

On the main floor, you’ll find two en-suite king bedrooms, each beautifully furnished for rest and relaxation, along with a convenient half bath and laundry area for your use.

Upper Level: Rest, Relax, and Recharge
Head upstairs to the open loft area overlooking the great room. Here, you’ll find a sleeper sofa and cozy reading nook — perfect for reading, games, or late-night conversations. There is also a kid's play space in the corner with a cozy tent equipped with a play kitchen and sitting space. The loft also boasts spectacular panoramic views of the mountains.

This level features a fun bunk room that sleeps eight, complete with its own private bath — a perfect retreat for kids or a larger group of friends. Two additional king en-suite bedrooms share access to a balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while soaking in the peaceful Smoky Mountain sunrise.

Lower Level: All the Fun Under One Roof
Downstairs is where the excitement truly begins. Watch movies or play video games in your private theater on a massive backlit 86-inch screen with real stadium seating, and popcorn maker. The adjoining colorful game room offers endless entertainment with a pool table, arcade machine, foosball table, poker table, nerf gun wall, and comfortable seating areas to relax between rounds.
Also on this level, you’ll find another king bedroom and full bath, along with the showstopper — a private indoor heated pool! Measuring 10x20 feet and 4 feet deep, the pool room includes coded entry for child safety. Step outside from the pool area to unwind in the outdoor hot tub or around the firepit while taking in more of those unforgettable Smoky Mountain views.
