Dear Diana, We truly appreciate the 10/10 recommendation! It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the home, the location, and our hosting. We love being so close to the stadium and are glad it made your trip even more enjoyable. We look forward to seeing you again soon!

Dear Charity, Thank you so much for the feedback on the location, communication, and how charming and well-appointed the home is, I'm so glad the downtown convenience worked out perfectly for you! To clarify, the home itself was secure on arrival and our lock is designed so that if the manual bolt is engaged while stepping out, it will lock you out, which is exactly why we're clear with entry instructions when we send the code. I'm a bit surprised to hear about some of these details now, as they weren't mentioned during your stay, we're always just a message away and would have gladly helped in the moment. We will welcome you back anytime!
