Relax in the family room by the fire, gather around the kitchen or dining room table for family meals, or sit on the patio and listen to the wind through the trees. You will have access to the entire condo except for the owner’s closet, which is located in the master bedroom. You will also have access to the guest facilities at the entrance of the condo complex. This includes an indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, additional seating areas, laundry, and patio with a grill.

Our Beaver Village condo is located in a private cul-de-sac and only a short walk to the clubhouse. Amenities on the property include a beautiful clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, laundry facility, free dvd movie rentals, lounge area with fireplace, TV and Wi-Fi. Meeting room and self-catering kitchen available to rent for a fee.

Condo layout: Off the main entrance is an open-concept kitchen which opens to the dining room and living room area. The dining room/living area leads to a sliding door out to our spacious deck with secluded forest views. Enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room or a board game with the family at the dining room table. Off the main living area is the entrance to the two bedrooms, each with en suite bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements are great for a large family or a cozy adult getaway.

Room amenities: Primary Bedroom: Features a king bed, twin bunk beds, smart TV, DVD player, closet with hangers, and master bathroom with double sinks. Second Bedroom: Comfortable queen bed, smart TV, and a private bathroom. Kitchen: Updated kitchen with newer appliances and all the amenities of home. Dining Area: Dining table large enough to seat 6. There are three additional stools at the kitchen bar. Living Room: Large sofa, recliner, gas fireplace, and smart TV with Wi-Fi and Comcast cable service. Free Wi-Fi access in the unit

TRANSPORTATION: On FREE shuttle route to Winter Park Resort and town of Winter Park. Shuttle stops in the parking lot of our condo twice per hour - 10 minute bus ride to the ski area. Walking distance to downtown Winter Park and easy access to hiking and biking trails.

NO PETS ALLOWED: Homeowner Association rules at Beaver Village Condominiums do not permit guests to bring pets. These rules are strictly enforced.

CLEANING POLICIES: Our condo is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each guest departs. Guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee for unapproved late check out that interferes with our cleaner's schedule. Please also be aware that the cleaner does charge extra for dishes/trash/biohazards, and these charges will be passed on to the renter.
