This residence offers 3 spacious bedrooms—one on the 1st floor and two on the 3rd—each with a private bathroom and a TV. The second floor features a living room with a 70" 4k TV, a cozy fireplace, a comfortable sectional couch, an exquisite dining table, a dedicated workspace, a guest bathroom, and a fully furnished kitchen. Numerous restaurants, supermarkets, bars, and attractions are nearby.
The space
The residence is among a quartet of townhouses, characterized by both their similarity and their individual autonomy within a recently established community. With meticulous attention to detail, the dwelling has been adorned and embellished to offer our guests the utmost comfort, all while embracing a visually appealing and contemporary aesthetic.
The abode boasts three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, encompassing a spacious living/dining area, a well-appointed kitchen, and more. All appliances featured here are of top-notch quality, ensuring a premium experience for the occupants.
Guest access
Guest(s) accomodation includes the entire house, minus the garage. Complimentary parking is provided in the front; please ensure the pathway remains clear to prevent any inconvenience.

This is a new house and in the process of selling, therefore there are some necessary inspections required by the city or quick shows to potential buyers. Those inspections or shows are promised to be minimum disturbing to the guests. We therefore ask for our guests allow us to enter the house for inspection/show purpose either with or without the guest presence. An in advance notice will be given to the guests. We incorporate this to our rental agreement. Booking the place instantly, accepting the pre-approval of reservation/special offer, or reservation made by the Airbnb, means that the guests acknowledges and accepts the this term.

For food safety reason, oil, salt and pepper are not included in the cooking basic amenities. Guests can use them if there is any and any other food/seasonings/water there at their own risk.

The place is comfortable for one person in one room. The maximum allowed number is estimated based on the available sleeping space, like sharing a double bed by two people, sofa. We may not have enough seats ( including dining seats, sofa, etc) for everyone if you have more than 6. Having guests more than 6 (based on the number of rooms) means you understand you must compromise the comfort of your stay.

Parking policy:
Each residence features two front parking lots. Additionally, the community offers two designated guest parking lots. Moreover, the sidewalk can also serve as an auxiliary parking space when necessary. If you anticipate having more than three cars, please ensure to confirm with the host before making your booking.
Quiet time policy:
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. NO loud/crazy music or noises at any time. Please show respect to the neighbors.
Event policy
NO events allowed. For violations, the hosting will be terminated immediately and NO refund will be granted for the rest of your stay.
Pet policy:
PET ALLOWED but must be disclosed upon booking and pet fee applied. A fine of up to $500 ($200 at least) for bringing unauthorized pets. The hosting will be terminated immediately and NO refund will be granted for the rest of the reservation. Pets cannot use any of the bedding. Plan your own pet's rest arrangements.
Video surveillance agreement:
A security camera may be installed outside near the front door.
Visitor policy:
Visitors allowed, and required to obey the house rules. Visitors cannot stay overnight without adding them as guests on your reservation.
Check-out policy:
Check-out time is 10:00 am. Remove all the trash in the room before you leave.
