Additionally, this is a rural setting, and while this home has as many backup utilities considered (solar, water cisterns) as possible, there is still the off-chance you will have to live off the grid for the occasional periods of time.

You will be in the up-and-coming Gavilan neighborhood of Pescadero which is unquestionably one of the emerging hotspots in all of Baja and Villa Voladizo (along with a few other homes on the same hillside) are defining that trend.

For those looking to get a bit more access to shopping and dining, Todos Santos is just about 15 minutes away which has some of the most authentically Baja culture, shopping, and dining around.
