Very nice cabin . It was very clean and it included the basic necessities to get you going. It is a nice setting in the woods and very quiet.I didn't have any trouble checking in . Received the code in a timely manner and was able to enter at the appropriate time. I didn't need to contact the host but had the numbers to do so.The one thing that I would liked to have had during our stay was a chaise lounge on the back deck for an afternoon nap.Would definitely rent again.

This cabin was perfect for a couple’s getaway! The cabin was clean as pictured in the photos. Our host was very responsive to text messages. We did not cook but it appeared that if you made the choice to do so everything you would need was stocked in the kitchen. Ice was made which for us was a nice plus since we use Hydroflask bottles when we travel. The Hottub was in a nice location outside the bedroom and was perfect temperature. Easy access with code emailed to us the day before our arrival. Very pleasant experience!

Cabin was great! Very clean and the floors were immaculate! I needed to use the 1st aide kit so I appreciated having that available! The drive up the mountain is always fun. I would recommend staying here.

Everything was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, everything worked as it should. We liked being outside of the congested areas. Easy, as possible, access to the different sides of the park. We would stay here again.

The cons.The check-in was horrible the entire process was AI the emails lacked the required links and information had to manually reach out just to get the info the emails lacked. Also had to upload my driver's license and a selfie which felt strange.The first code the AI sent was wrong. Almost couldn't get in at all due to the lack of service in the area luckily my Fiancee had 1 bar to be able to call them. People on the phone were quick and nice though.The Wi-Fi info was wrong thankfully it was just set to the default SSID and password on the back of the router.The hot tub would only stay on for about an hour before giving an HH error and shutting off (no lights, jets, or heat)There was mold on the ceiling above the shower. The pros.It was a super cozy cabin perfect for just the 2 of us. Despite the cons we had a amazing trip here. The cabin was clean. We even saw a bear right in the parking area.There was plenty of supplies to cook, do dishes, and wash clothes.

Check-in was way off, between incorrect access codes 3-times, and smoke detectors going off from the time we finally got in that night, I had to convince them to send out a tech with a tall enough ladder to access smoke detectors as we could not sleep there that nightafter that we had a fantastic weeka beatiful cabin

We had some trouble getting our code as there wasn’t a lot of feedback after I filled out all the forms including my driver’s license and then had to do it again the day we checked in. It took us a very long time to get ahold of an actual person to talk to but once we did they were very helpful. When we got there the WiFi password was not correct nor the username and it was difficult to get on but the people were helpful in trying to resolve the issue. On the way to our cabin we were also informed they had gotten rid of the twin beds on the add and changed it to sleeps 4 instead of 6 and would be refunded 50 a night x the 3 nights of our stay, but haven’t heard back on that still. The cabin was beautiful and we loved all the decor. It was very clean and in a nice area. The back door lock appeared to be broken but fortunately that door couldn’t be reached easily from the 2nd story deck. I enjoyed having a private hot tub and jacuzzi. The bed was comfortable also. This was our first Vrbo to stay in so we didn’t know what to expect but were very pleased. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a great experience.

Roads were extremely narrow and very steep which is the usual while staying in a cabin in Tennessee. Corner tub spa was very relaxing as well as the hot tub on the back deck. Encounter a problem with the code to unlock the door however a quick response with a new code was given!

My husband and I stayed in this cabin for our 25th anniversary! It is a very cute cabin. Very clean and represented well online. The king bed in the master was comfortable. We did not use the jacuzzi tub, but between the large bed and tub in the bedroom there is not a lot of room otherwise. There is a closet with a tall dresser and a mirror with lights on it in the open closet. There is also a door straight out to the hot tub on the deck from the bedroom. We used the hot tub several nights and it was perfect. Very private and nice deck. We could hear water running in the stream behind the home. Loved that there was a washer and drier and used both. They worked well but are very small. We did not really access the upstairs/loft but there were two twin beds, a tv with an old gaming system and a desk up there. There was a large comfortable couch we liked to watch movies on in the living room and the kitchen is fairly stocked although we didn’t cook much. There are not any seasonings. Just pots and pans, plates, silverware etc. The only real issue we had is the WiFi didn’t work when we arrived. We had to contact them and they did respond quickly. My husband figured it out. We had to reset the router and unplug everything. We then used the password and log in on the back of the router. Not the one they gave us. This worked. It also was very damp in the cabin. There is a dehumidifier but it didn’t seem to work too well. Overall it was an amazing place to stay! I would stay again.

We come to TN several times a year. After a quick VRBO search, we found Honey Bear. Ironically my nickname from my husband; I thought for sure it was too good to be true. Certainly they use old photos or filters for that price… yet I booked anyway. The photos are accurate! We walked into the quaintest little cabin that was incredibly clean and smelled amazing. All the essentials were in the kitchen (including 2 coffee makers) and 2 cute little care packages with basic toiletries and dish soaps. The hot tub on the back porch was perfectly clean and smelled as if it had recently been treated and sanitized; and the master bed was comfy. We looked around upstairs but never used anything. There’s 2 twin beds, a tv, and a Nintendo for the kiddos. It was cold several of the nights so we used the heat function on the gas fireplace and it made it nice and cozy inside. This was a relaxation trip for us so we spent the majority of the time in the cabin reading, relaxing, and enjoying the sounds of the birds and critters outside. We cooked breakfast and lunch every day and went out for dinner most nights. Road noise outside was minimal and the location is literally smack dab between PF and Gatlinburg making both towns equally convenient to access. **Winter visitors ensure (as with most cabins) you have 4WD/AWD to get up the mtn. If this one is on your watch list, just go ahead and book. You won’t be disappointed!!

It's OK, but the devil is in the details. Very cute, grear location, decent price, great internet. Communication was weird: we got a few emails (some of which mentioned a background check they supposedly require but never sent) their texts were all automated telling us we had emails (they didn't react to texts back) and the only actual instructions we got were thru VRBO messages. A lot of messages would be similar but duplicates, and it became pretty obvious that the vrbo messages are being run by an AI agent (good ol GPT emojis and em-dashes.) The AI hallucinated the first door code, and also tried to tell us the fireplace was "seasonal" (it's electric and just needed turned on with a switch on the side) The jacuzzi only warms up for 20 minute increments, so you really have to babysit it if you want to use it, or else it gets cold. It was clean when we got there but when the jets came on there were brown bits of leaves and things in the pipes. The booklet promises you that there are signed in streaming services on the TVs, that are not in fact signed in to anything. They supposedly included dishwasher soap but the box was empty under the sink. The photos leave out the fact that you're 30 ft off your neighbors cabin and they can see into your second floor from their front porch (and your first floor if your blinds are open) they didn't come pick up the trash midweek and the thermostat kept resetting itself. every. 12. Hrs. Water pressure randomly cut out a lot too.

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. The location is wonderful close to many attractions and the national park. It was very easy to get everywhere we wanted. The cabin had everything we needed, and nice touches like laundry soap, dish pods, etc. We loved the decl porch swing and Hot tub. It was tastefully decorated, super clean and a wonderful time.
