✔️ All garbage must be taken to the Carteret County Dump located at 485 Harkers Island Rd. The facility is open from 8 AM to 6 PM and closed on Wednesdays.
✔️ Garage is reserved for storage and not available for guest use
✔️️ Respect the neighbors. Do not park on their premises or cause any disturbances.
✔️️ Respect the home. Do not break or damage anything. Maintain cleanliness throughout your stay.
✔️️ Do not flush anything down the toilet to avoid plumbing issues.
✔️️ Follow the guidebook instructions. Guests will be held responsible for any issues that arise from not adhering to these instructions.
✔️️ Adhere to the standard check-in and check-out time. Early check-in and late checkout are subject to the host's approval.
✔️️ All furniture, appliances, and items should be returned to their original place. Missing and/or damaged items may result in additional charges.
