? This property may have regular maintenance (e.g., hot tub) during your stay. If you'd prefer no service during your visit, just let us know in advance.

? Hot tub heating is available for an additional fee. To have the hot tub ready and warm for your arrival, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice.

? We’d like to set your expectations that the weather temperature will determine the heated hot tub temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heater reaches its limit and is unable to overcome the weather.

? We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.

✔️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Max # of pets: 1; Pet Fee Applies for $250. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.

✔️ No parties, events, or large gatherings allowed.
